Hi Guys,
Part II of my "Paay-e-Izhaar" series of this e-LS! Rocking episode as always! I hear lot of conflicting thoughts, discontentment and dissatisfaction around but this is my take on the episode.
I was very satisfied with the episode because I felt that each and every character of this e-LS behaved exactly as they would in real life. Dutta, Naku, Baaji, AS and even Babi, they were all true to their character. Dutta, confused, diappointed and angry at the "rejection" of the proposal...Naku shattered at not being able to envelop her love when its right in front of her...Babi taking full responsibility of her actions....AS playing the part of a mother, pleading to Naku to save Dutta...We will unearth these emotions as we move forward!
Dutta and Naariyal Poornima
Since last 2-3 days, Dutta has been in a confused state. He wants to do lot of things for Naku but each attempt gets shot down for some or the other reason. He is confused, what should he do and more importantly, how should he do it? The episode started with the same state of confusion - Naku leaving him and running out of the living room, confused him again. He looks for her with desperation and when she finally comes back, he has questions in his eyes! What did he do NOW? His reading on Naku's inhibitions was that she is running away from him...Why? "Ek tu hi hai jisne mujhe ek doosre tarike se, insaan ko dekhnaa aur parakhnaa, dono hi sikhaaya hai...Aur tuhi mujhe se door jaa rahi hai Naku? mein tere ko apne se door jaane nahi degaa Naku"...Dutta's passion for love was visible in these words. He has started treasuring her and how could he loose his treasure!
Dutta has dedicated his life to Naku and his love. His every action makes him think about Naku. When he gets up to break the Naariyal, his eyes are on Naku constantly, as if he wanted to tell her that this is dedicated to you. He also seemed like playing the part of a BF, trying to impress a gal! 😊...He takes up Baaji's challenge...If its about breaking Naariyal for Naku, then he can never loose! Bring it on, as many as you want....😛Dutta is eager and ready to prove his love in any possible way! The mere mention of her name, works like a courage pill for him, makes him determined to do or die! and needless to say, Dutta wins and immeditely looks at Naku - This win is also for you. 😳❤️
Dutta had full faith that today is his day and he would not loose at any cost! With that determination, he moves to take the biggest step in the history of this e-LS. He Proposes Naku! 😳😳😳😳❤️❤️❤️❤️
Dutta's confession and Proposal!
Dutta walks towards Naku, each stride speaking volumes of his intention, determination and winning spree! He asks Naku for her hand and brings her in front of everyone, spotlighting her and making sure she got all the respect and importance that she deserves. She would be proposed and looked after like any normal girl. He is jittery, he closes his palm, he was ready to take the important step...
Dutta divided his Proposal into three logical parts -
a. Heartfelt Apology - To start a new beginning, it was important to provide a proper closure to the past ugly memories, so that, the new beginning has no traces of it. Dutta speaks his heart out. His mind is not foggy anymore. He can see his destination clearly. Naku was responsible for removing the dense fog from his mind and heart, inspite of being insulted time and time again! She passed all the tests that her love threw on her and still remained selfless and unconditional! She deserved a public apology!
This apology was an essential part of the proposal and had to be done publicly. Naku was humilated publicly and hence she deserved a public apology. This was also important for Dutta to ensure that whoever were party to Naku's humilation, including him, they are included in the apology and realize that Naku is innocent. The master of the house had passed his verdict and that verdict is here to stay!
b. What Naku deserved -
Naku had gone through a lot because of his family and him. She deserved none of it. On the contrary, she deserved lot more love than she received. She deserved, respect, love, gratitude, care, reciprocation of her love and to top them all, the name - Nakusha Dutta Shriram Patil and now, he, her love and (would-be) hubby would make sure she gets what she deserves!
c. Final Marriage Offer -
And finally he asked her to marry him, live with him for whole of their life and be a part of him! ❤️❤️❤️...This time, it was her decision, her affirmation. One yes and he would cross the 7 oceans to bring them together!

Naku's side of story
Naku couldnt control the emotions and tears in her eyes. Wasnt this exactly what she has been living for? Or was it more than what she had asked for? But life doesnt always hand things in a silver platter. Your whole life, your desire, your love can be in front of you, waiting for you to take that one step and envelope it in your arms, but that one step possess lot of constraints! Naku went thru' this turmoil today! She couldnt take that one step and instead ran away from Dutta without a word, leaving him stranded, hand extended. 💔She couldnt say No - How could she refuse her love?... and she couldnt say Yes, how could she hurt her love? Standing in the middle, ek taraf Khayi to ek taraf gadhaa...Naku had once said that her beauty is a curse for her, today she felt it yet again! Her beauty stopped her from accepting her love. She had finally got a reciprocation from Dutta but she cannot even nourish it! Why? Because todays acceptance and momentary happiness can lead to tomorrow's tremenduos Heartbreak and betrayal, which can lead Dutta to a point of no return to normalcy, and that was unacceptable to Naku! She has seen Dutta live through the pain every moment, the sight wasnt a memory she wanted to cherish, how could she throw him to the same dark corner? She was OK in him hating her but not passing every living moment in the same pain! 💔💔💔💔
Love was still at its peak, from both the sides just that Dutta didnt know that the reason behind her "refusal" was also Love! ❤️❤️❤️
Dutta's side of story
Dutta went through plethora of emotions today! 💔💔💔He started from confusion to shock to anger to distrust and then finally an intense turmoil! Confusion on whether he was wrong in his diagnosis of her love? Shock because he didnt expect this reaction from Naku. He thought he had recognized her love correctly. Distrust because he had full faith in her love and her reaction, just because of that love. Turmoil because Naku had given him love, enthu, trust and developed desires, then how could she reject him? 💔💔💔

Dutta's reaction is totally reasonable and justified.....He doesnt know the reason for Naku's so-called refusal....He just knows that thrice in his life, he is brought to the brim and then left thirsty....There is a limit to a person's tolerance....He had already crossed this limit, Naku brought him back from the storm to the shores and this rejection was just taking him back to those storms!....We know Naku's side of story but he doesnt! What explanation can he give himself for Naku's rejection? The facts in front of him are - Numerous vocal confessions by Naku, Her faith in him and all the convos that they had about love and conviction. Has she not yet forgiven him? He was moving ahead in his life, even if it was with a painful baggage, he was still moving, but Naku's entry took him to different shores! What possibly could he think or explain to himself, to calm this storm developing in his mind?
Dutta was excellent today in the way he shut his sisters off. They would have only increased his turmoil further but Dutta made this Naku and his business! 😳
The day is not yet over, and the night still young, Would Bappa keep Dutta's faith in him and make him win? ❤️
Dutta has faith in Bappa and me too! Next week would open a new chapter and a new beginning in their life! Amen to that!
