ok so when dutta sees that picture on the wall, jagtap goes 'kya hua dutta sahib, pehchante ho isko?' why do i get the feeling that it is dutta who shares a past with this man and he doesn't recognize him at present..u know probably when dutta had just begun in this business, it has been almost more than 10yrs since dutta became a part of the mafia and maybe dutta doesn't remember him anymore but the way jagtap speaks to him i guess he still remembers dutta! i only hope dutta didn't do anything bad.. i mean he exactly wasn't in the right state of mind when he started out😕!!
on a lighter note did anyone notice that jagtap has jars of different kinds of daal and spices kept in one end of the hut and he also has a few jars of cream kept on his dressing table.....so ummmm i'm thinking if jagtap has never managed to get out of the jungle like he says....so...how did he come into possession of all these things???? don't tell me its the products of the magucal jungle!!😕😕
also the flowers.. i mean dutta and naku ne toh hame almost pure jungle ki tour guide karvadi and we didn't see any of these flowers growing anywhere so.......????😕

He probably has a laptop somewhere and ordered home delivery. 😆

No, I think he does leave the jungle for what he needs. He chooses to live there, but the man's got to eat!

When Jagtap says that he has not been able to get out of the jungle he did not mean that I am lost too his response was more an indication for his soul being lost in the jungle as he mentions something like "pyaar ne mujhe nikalne nahin diya" . His living in the jungle is his own choice - self imposed seclusion. Jagtap has secluded himself from civilization due to his past which we will get to know next week.
Also when Jagtap says do you know the guy he is not questioning Dutta whether you recognize him but rather when he says that this guy was my friend I killed him from life he is again referring to himself being killed from inside, from life, his own soul being dead. He is saying to Dutta do you know him because in Jagtap's mind this guy is somebody he used to be but no longer is due to his circumstances and thus even he does not recognize that guy anymore.
Jagtap has the basic necessities in the house because he is living in the jungle at his own will and probably visits the town to stock up on basics.
This is how I saw the scenes others may disagree. The beauty of this show is that a lot of the dialogues have double meanings and have a lot of depth. My best from this week is "BHATAK GAYE" which to me the CV's are also implying the relationship between Tasha. A simple phrase that seems like oh are you lost in the jungle but it actually is references the current relationship between Tasha.

You totally just said everything i wanted to say. That is exactly how i interpreted those scenes too. 😊 In addition, if you notice his mirror has two red bindis in the top corner, with ribbons hanging on the side suggesting that a female lives/lived with him hence the twin bed and other feminine touches like flowers. The fact that he wears the MS around his wrist indicates his lover/wife died but he cherishes the things she left behind. I'm really eager to hear his story now as i'm curious whether he retired from a life of crime into the seclusion of the jungle for his lover's sake. Like love reformed him and he decided to kill that part of him and live his life anew with his pyaar, as his real happiness was with her only.

Maybe DN can dwell in the jungle and take over from Jagtap when Dutta's finally realises all he needs is his Naku to be truly happy. DN = Tarzan and Jane Part Two 😳 😆

On a side note, did anyone else find it really cute how Naku innocently went to caress those flowers. Its instances like that which remind me that she is just a sweet simple girl. Opposed to her sherni mode which makes me appreciate her guts and see her as a woman.

i think nakku is quite perceptive, she picked up on all these little things like the ribbons hence she will trust jagpat more, dutta cant get past the fact he put a gun to his head albeit a bulletless one

I think it's not only the gun or being chased by Anna's man (though that surely is the main reason right now). I think that's just in him, he senses there is something about the man that's fishy, but he still not quite able to find out what. That's why he's not trusting him at all. His experiences made him like that, made him hard, build a wall around himself and so on. While Naku is a completely different person. Life hasn't been a rose garden for her either, still she has this innocence inside her. She believes in second (and surely third and fourth) chances and she doesn't suspect immediately every stranger is her enemy. If I remember correct, there was a time when Dutta admired that about her.

maybe dutta worked for jagtap in the beginning when he was a minor gangster and not a don lord. When naku told jagtap dutta's name, i got a feeling from jagtap's expression that he knows dutta.
