Why would Babi not be the one coming to Dutta?

I think we all pretty much agree that Anna will be the one making that I-Have-Your-Wife call to Dutta...more because of impact than anything else. However, why would Babi not go to Dutta first or shortly thereafter? Perhaps, she may not know what has happened? Doesn't feel Dutta would get involved?

It just seems weird to me that once Naku is kidnapped, Babi will not go to Dutta out of desperation. Unless of course, the three witches keep Babi out before Babi has a chance to explain....

I am sure that babi will try to get to Dutta but Kala would probably not let her in the house. So, Dutta will no get to know until Anna calls him.

Assuming it happens ie Naku falls into Anna's hands....even then its tough for Babi to get to Dutta. He has so much security around him and plus there is Kala. And yes it wud have a bigger effect on Dutta if Anna makes the call.
