their are loads of reasons me liking LTL but main are
an ugly house maid n a gangster's love story......
baji for his cool gangster style, true friends feeling n a lot of understanding
babi... for a mother she is really a lioness hats off to her for her guts to protect her daughter n to keep such a big secret from all
..................................
i loved the fact that the female protagonist of the show actually falls in love with the male lead..........
(that is not something usual in TV soaps)
n yes last but not that least kalavathi n badi hasthi

Btw i want to add that another aspect of the show that intrigues me is the fact that the hero is an underworld don and contract killer. we mostly get to see scions of wealthy family as the male leads but here is one self made man even if his wealth is ill-gotten. i also like the idea of a good looking guy like dutta falling for someone like naku who is ugly to the world. i love the fact how they complete each other.
also the show doesnt have typical kitchen politics so far maybe becuz dutta's character is the strongest character of the show. usually the show revolves around a woman but this one revolves around a man. hence the kitchen politics or family politics get a different twist. i am sure once kala is after naku full time even then the family politics wont be the usual thing we see on tv.

shreya.........i agree.......the aspect dutta is a gangster.........not a rich businessman.........which is usual in tvs.........pulls me towards the show..........i hav got bored of seeing positive agyankari sons of the family...........i like dutta's character........of a gangster but has positive elements to it........its new to daily soaps........again i like dutta being a self made man...........thats why i liked milind's character in kayamat also........

Yes...dutta has positive aspects to his character like he has a heart of gold...or the fact that he is such a mama's boy. plus he is a complete family man who surrounds himself with his sister's families. and he is such a loyal friend. but then despite the fact that his mother and sisters are his emotional anchors when the time comes he pretty much does what he wants. so the respect he gives them is something which HE wants to give them for keeping him grounded(as he thinks) rather than out of some compulsion. but he is the real man in the house.

@kshreya u r correct Dutta is really the man of the house that's why when Leela wanted to consol him he said," abhi nahi" and Kalavati is also afraid of him. Even Baji can't take liberties with him. There is only one person who can take liberties with him and that is Nakku. The best scene I liked in the thursday episode was when Nakku was trying to proove her innocence and she was catching Dutta's hand imagine an angry Dutta's hand ! I found that scene really sweet. 😳 In words of Roops," cute na" 😊
It is because of such scenes also that I like this show.

Kala is terrified of him Kavita. when the mawali was caught she was really really afraid. leela and rups toh dont even have kala's poise. after all these games esp the latest one of framing naku i dont think dutta is going to spare kala(when he gets to know). and yes even baji cant take liberties with him though lately it seems that after dutta its baji who has the max autority in the house. he has been overruling kala too.
and yes naku's attempt to hold dutta bhao's hand in front of an audience while he was mad at her and while she was being accused of betraying him speaks a lot for her guts as well the the authority she feels over him. i loved that!

LOL...i thought we have to give some other reason, and not Dutta....but all the posts are around Dutta only...so let me know waste my brain power to think of some other reason....

Actually i can think of one...Baji...i like his dialogue delivery, good sense of humor...
