i think the person who has appointed mawali is a bigtym enemy of dutta...ravi's intentions are not only to break dutta's heart once again but also to harm him or rather kill him...remember..mawali tellin supriya..ki ab agar tum usko khane mein zeher bhi dedo na to dutta khalega..dunno where the story will lead now..
