Kshreya, you are a great debater !! i like ur valid POV...honestly, i enjoy reading ur replies to my posts and i anxiously wait to see what your great thoughts of the day will be. I agree with u here, as it makes a lot more sense...besides,today, it was very obvious that dutta seem least interested in the beautiful naku...perhaps, the only difference was that he was treating naku with lots of respect by calling her " Aap "...while he calls naku in the dark make-up "eh ladki"🤢....btw, after reading everyones great pov...i have come to a conclusion that it is best if naku's beauty is revealed only after dutta-naku have deep bond of friendship b/c when the relevation does happen, it will be a lot more meaningful to dutta and it will kick start feelings of love inside dutta again. btw...i realized the only problem i have with naku's ugly-betty get up is her unibrow....gosh, dark make-up is fine...with her hair tied back neatly...it is just the unibrow that bugs me the most...she needs to pluck that out now...

btw im glad few of us between ourselves have managed to "convert" you in favor of ugly maid-powerful don track. 😊
as for naku's makeup i dont have an issue with the unibrow...my grouse is the teeth. she needs to clean it. btw her teeth gets magically clean when she removes her black makeup.

btw...i was rewatching the very first promo of LTL...in the background narrator said, "nakushua-the unwanted one...who will marry her & perhaps she didn't want to be the hearbeat of anyone else either(in all of this naku is serious & sad)...than narrator said, "one day, someone came and said..." main tahmoga uska haath" (it means, i'll marry her)." The guy's get up is similar to dutta with ring & black clothes style...and the guy is first near the beach than in the boat with naku"...if i remember right, dutta and naku first meeting was on the beach & dutta came in his boat too. So in other words, indeed, it will be dutta patil who will marry nakusha but with her dark make-up intact. The promo was foreshadowing that perhaps dutta wont find out about naku's beauty until way after their wedding...& naku's secret won't be revealed by her but someone else perhaps in a dramatic way that dutta might feel betrayed by nakusha. & it seems tasha marriage initially might be based on compromise...like someone must have done something to naku, so protect her reputation dutta will marry her...perhaps, it wont be love for dutta for a long time now. ( well thats my theory and interpertation of the base of the show & promo...things could change over the future and soap writers change from the original storyline everyday...so lets seee)

but i dont find that "aye larki" rude...he's a don...and works with taporis. something of their language gets into him. plus he talks that way only when he lets his guard down...point to be noted with sups he's always formal but with naku he lets his guard down.
i sorta agree with u on the promo. the promo suggests that datta will marry the black beauty naku. and the only reason i can think of him marrying naku looking that is if he marries out of some compromise. becuz if they have a love marriage i dont think naku wud hide her beauty from him. so he might marry her before she gets a chance to reveal herself.
but then looking at the promo without following the show the promo suggests that ppl wonder who will ever marry her...but then someone comes forward to marry her...so that could mean that someone(ie datta) will fall in love with her and marry her. and the show is abt their love story.
