Even with Gautami, she was involved in all the tracks. She has a very subtle appeal compared to Smriti's over-taking every scene.

That doesn't make sense.. Smriti doesn't TAKE over the scenes.. it's not her choice. The creatives and director decide which seen she will shoot. And overall most of the audience prefers Smriti.. so it makes sense to give her much scenes. I mean a MAJOR character is returning after a year.. even a whole week invovling her entrance wouldn't be bad.

I dont exactly understand how people portray Smriti to be Dominatory? Smriti is an actress that introduced an ideal bahu, an ideal mother, an ideal mom in law and grandmother. The thing with Gautami was that she always wore the clothes off screen that did not exactly fit her role as Tulsi per se! Smriti had always adorned her self in very sophisticated clothing on and off screen which helped her build the same image in ppls mind as Tulsi. I am sure Smriti has earned the credit and fame with her hard working efforts and mild demeanor.

My only reason to watch Kyunki is to watch Hiten-Gauri. Whether its Smriti as Tulsi or not, doesn't really matter to me. My only concern is watching Hiten-Gauri.

I am happy for her fans because they certainly have missed her, just like Karan-Nandini fans missed Gauri when she wasn't on-screen.
