Star Plus is terribly miffed with Ronit Roy because he refused to go to Indore for a promotional activity of Kyunki... and Kaho Na Yaar Hai.

The promotional activity was slated for today but, according to sources, Roy preferred to give dates to a shoot for his brother Rohit's film, Pankh with Bipasha Basu.

Our source adds, "Ronit and Rakshanda Khan were confirmed a week ago to travel with Star PR and Marketing team to Indore on January 24 for the promotion of Kyunki... and Kaho Na Yaar Hai. All arrangements were made for a press interaction. The trip had to be dropped because Ronit backed out."

Apparently Roy was supposed to shoot with Basu on January 26. "Suddenly, he informed the channel that his shoot with Basu was pre-poned to January 24 and he had to give priority to that. Star Plus tried to convince him that he should give the promotional trip a priority but Ronit did not budge," our source adds.

When contacted, Roy did not deny the story. However, he said that he would not like to talk about it. "I don't want to comment on this," he quipped.
