dont u guys remember that after gujral died,according to his will he transfered all his property in name of bhoomi and made nandini its gardian till bhoomi attains the age of 18.now i think bhoomi has attained the age of 18 and she is sole owner of gujral property.

if u people r thinking that nandini sold off that property to give money to karan then that is impossible becoz she doesnt own that property

No accully the property is Bhoomi till she turns 21 and till then Nandini has the power of Atterney of the money and property

But Nandini and Bhoomi r poor as Tripti converted everything on the name of Virani to her name as Nandini and Bhoomi are virani's all there money and propery is now Tripti's.

Tripti can't take Ganga's property as Ganga got a divorce from Sahil and is at the moment Ganga Mheta.

So in all all the money and propery that was owned by a virani is all Tripti's so everyone is broke.

So that is way Nandini and Bhoomi are in the Chawl 😳
