Of Course she will she accepted eklavya well she doesn't really care for him. But if Adi is KaraNandini's son she will def love him as a brother like she loves Manthan only more as she loves Karan and Nandini so much she will love Adi. 😆

I think she will , after all he is son of her mom & Karan(her dad whom she loves a lot). He is the Nishani of their love. Maybe he ll bring them more close. So Bhoomi would definately accept him.
