if they get more camera time it will translate into a broken story. you are better off with your 'awesome jodi' not getting any screen time or else they will be broken up.

popular jodis on Indian tv don't stick together on tv and will always have ups and downs.

I agree with you, they should get some sreen time.

I mean how many times can one listen to Tanya go on and on about her dialema, I Like Damini shes always been the perfect example of a good mother to Mayank n Eklavya, a good Bahu and a good wife too. Gautum and Damini complement each very nicely.

Although the last time I recall them having a good storyline was in the second leap... around the time they got married and the story revolving around Mayank and Nakul when they were kids.

And yes it does seem like all the fav jodis never remain together in Ekta's serials. Am quite surprised how these two managed to stay together.

A very good leading example I say !

my 2 cents :=)

Not just that but happy couples don't last long on Indian television. What serial have you seen that has a happy husband-wife who are also a popular jodi with a good story?

It gets boring after a while to see a couple romance on screen with no masala to keep it entertaining 😉
