Thulsi continues to make a speech asking the judge to make amendments to the law. The judge patiently explains that even small issues would end up in court if laws are amended. She questions him if he could sleep peaceful at night if he has doubts about his judgement. The judge is deep in thought and seems to get emotional.
At the hospital, a nurse reports that Tanya is conscious and a doctor rushes towards her ward.
Anyway the proceedings of the case finally start. Ansh's lawyer in his opening statement says the relationship of the Virani's is a Mayajaal. He makes references to Mr.Bakshi (Harsh's biological father) and Mandira. Thulsi is called to the witness box and asked to narrate incidents at the hotel. Then a cassette is produced in court (Conversation between Thulsi and Ansh where he has confessed that his Manger involved Tanya in the accident as per his orders.) (Since when did that become evidence?? Voice records are not accepted as proof, isn't it?). Moreover all files that have been collected by Tanya are intact. Ansh screams that it is all falsified.
Tanya recovers and arrives in the court. She is called on to the witness box and Tanya narrates their story of friendship and later enmity. She produces another cassette in which he will have threatened Tanya against consequences of going against him.
Karan is called in next. He speaks of physical violence and other small incidents. Savitha, Prajaktha, Damini, Ganga and Saahil are present in the court. The court grants divorce to Nandini and orders an enquiry into Tanya's accident.
Reporters surround Ansh as comes out. He again threatens Nandini. Karan warns Ansh to stay away from her.
Savitha calls up Mihir to give him the verdict. She says that in the new case of Ansh against Tanya, Tanya and Thulsi are dead against Ansh and that is their greatest weakness.
