I think so because, when gautmi made her entry...well before that they showed her in thoses bandages...around her face.....the tv people won't do that just to make us think that she isn't the real tulsi...cause it has to make sense in the show....so...in conclusion....gautmi is the real tulsi....

I think as of now Ekta is herself not sure. She is showing Gautami as real Tulsi. She will continue to do so till Smriti comes back. After that, she will decide how to fit Smriti.

Yah..i think you are right...but i'll be surprized if the "tulsi" is the real one...cause as i said before according to the entry she made....she should be the real tulsi...
