Sorry,but that makes no sense.Because according to what I remember,Nandani was still pregenent when Manthan was born.And even after Mandira stole him or whatever and returned him,Nandani was still pregenent.So,yeah...I highly doubt that theory would be true.

It's still unknown. There's no sign of him/her.

And Manthan cannot be Nandini and Karan's child as Nandini was still pregnant during Manthan's birth from Tanya.
