K yun ki… rishton key bhi roop badalte hai. Remember the melodious soundtrack of Star Plus' daily soap Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. That track in a way sums up a lot of what is happening inside the ever-newsy kingdom of the small- screen's K Queen. The six- year-long guru-shishya relationship between Ektaa Kapoor and Smriti Z Irani is over. And in yet another important K- show Kasautii Zindagi Kay, lead actor Cezanne Khan has left. So what does Kapoor have to say? According to the grapevine, the lady is far from happy with Irani's latest success. Irani has three shows running right now and two more in the pipeline. Says an insider, "Ektaa co-pro- duced Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman with Smriti but soon pulled out. Also, Smriti had started work- ing on Virrudh and the show is a success now." On to Khan, and the gossip gets spicier. While Kapoor maintains that it is part of "plot develop- ment", a unit member reveals Khan got bored with the show. "He had asked for a break, plus the fact that he's now aiming to begin his film career." Well, both those shows are in for a major change in storyline. Tulsi will meet with yet another K-accident and a very predictable plastic sur- gery will make way for the new Tul- si. Both Irani and Khan remained unavailable for comment. To put all this in K-jargon, yeh hai kahaani ghar ghar ki.
