Mayank - Very, very unlikely, Damini has already made him swear to a vow of slience. At a later stage in the serial she might reveal the truth, but for now damini is quite literally keeping mum on this nasty little secret.
Eku - Damini couldn't even if she wanted to take Eku's name as tulsi knows for a fact that he is innocent. Plus Damini still loves him as her own son, its probably a relief for her that she doesn't have to implicate him
Nakul - Doubt she wud take Nakul's name. She knows that he has no motive whatsoever for raping kt, as he tried to fix her laksh together in he first place. Also although she does act like it im sure she hasn't forgotten that she gave birth to Nakul and that he is the twin brother of her precious 'good boy' Mayank.
Laksh - If damini lost the plot completely only then wud she take laksh's name. I mean cum on, i really doubt she wud to aggrevate tripti here. Plus like in Nakul's case she knows that laksh has no motive to rape kt, as he was going to be married to her anyway.
Joydeep - Doubtful, everybody knows that Joydeep is madly in love with Bhoomi, so he wouldn't even look at another woman in that way. Also hes always treated Mayank well, and never made fun of him so that must earn him brownie points in Damini's eyes.
Abhir - No way hes not part of the family, she probably wud like to take his name though.
Manthan - Ahh, now this is more like it! I think Damini will defintely take manthan's name. Firstly why did she say that she wnted to meet him after the party? Maybe its bcos she wnts to create a scene in front of tulsi where he confesses? Although not to the rape but, for being the one who drugged kt. If she proves that it was Manthan that drugged kt, considering his track record (long standing enemity wit kt an tulsi, police record for drug abuse plus constantly showing streaks of violence) then things don't look to good for manthan do they? Also Bhoomi is a witness to seeing him drug kt, whilst threatening to get his revenge from her, if she admits this then, tulsi will defintely consider manthan as kt's gunegar. Then's the fact that Manthan has been behaving strange lately, as if he has sumthing to hide (besides the fact that it was him that drugged kt). Finally don't forget that it was manthan that always used to torture and make fun of mayank, for damini this wud be a perfect way of getting revenge for all those times he hurt mayank.
