They met in SN itself. First there was nothing. I guess KT just had respect for him since he is the eldest son in SN. Then Few episodes back KT helped Eklavya with some project and they became close friends. By that time KT was in love with Lakshya but had never told him (lakshya) that. Unaware of that Eklavya developed feelings for KT while working with her. When he was going to confess his love for KT, KT and Lakshya confessed their love for each other in front of eklavya. That had broken Eklavya's heart.
