I am not sure if the whole game will change...bhoomi might think her mom nands left her because she was conceived by rape. So, she might hate her even more....

I think bhoomi has a right to know how much nandini has been through. Tanya is being selfish by not telling bhoomi the truth about nandini and her father ansh. If bhoomi knows the truth then she will support Nandini.
