The episode starts with Shoba and Abishek talking, and abishek telling jokes and making her laugh, Payal listens in and thinks to herself that she really owes abishek for taking care of shoba, and she thinks how can she continue to keep shoba happy. Payal asks abishek how the business is doing, he says a bit shaky and payal says you should take shoba in the business,,, abishek is troubled as what if she finds out about vishals death. Harsh is going to see a movie with his friends and bumps into this girl, and her papers fall all over the place, he helps her pick it up(this girl is the girl from kusum who plays kusum's sis) harsh likes her, and they joke around(seems like he finally has a girl) Mihar and tulsi talk about karan when Payal comes in and says today is his court day and she will make sure he doesnt come home after today, she says she will seek revenge, tulsi and mihar try to talk her out of it but she has none of that. Outside the court sahil consoles karan, and payal and shoba pull up in a car, shoba goes to tulsi and her talk. Shoba says i will listen to waht you will have to say, but with karan i will always be against u, karan tries to talk to her but she ignores him and walks away, karan seems hurt like usual. Payal comes and makes more small talk, tulsi and payal talk back and forth and like usual tulsi recites ramayan and mahabharat(this is getting way too much, i hate her more and more each day) Savita, Ba and jd's wife talk(i forgot her name) Savita says tulsi should not support karan so much that her relationship with her daughter gets ruined, but ba says the truth will eventually come out, and lets just hope the truth win. In court the prosecution lawyer questions karan, asking why he went to switzerland, and he gives some evidence(saying that the lift guy recognized karan;s photo). He asks to punish karan severly for commiting a murder. Karan screams out that vishal was like his bro, but payal interupts and says dont go at his innocent face, he is the killer, but the judge tells her to sit down. THe defense lawyer asks for more time to get his evidence, the judge allows it and says the next hearing will be in 2 months. Ansh and payal are very upset. Tanya and Nandini talk, as nandini says she has got a temp job, and wants to get on with her life. EVeryone is getting ready for breakfast at shantinakaten when a girl comes to the house to meet ansh, she is nandini's lawyer and she comes to tell him that his hearing is in 3 days, and if he is guilty she wont let him go, cause she hates rapists, everyone is upset and walks away. ANsh screams at his lawyer saying you arent doing anything, he says nandini is very smart as she has got a real good lawyer, and if she finds out that he did rape her, ansh wont survive. He tells ansh to make a scene where karan and nandini get caught in bed together, ansh snaps and says how dare you, but the lawyer says dont let it happen but just do it to prove that nandini has a bad character, so you will win no matter what, ansh says he has an idea of what to do.
