Smriti was down and out with dengue

The reason Smriti Irani is a no show these days on Kyunki… is because the poor actress was in hospital battling not only dengue fever but typhoid also. The workaholic actress was supposed to be in a terrible state for the first few days but gradually regained her strength. Even though she is now back home she is under strict bed rest. Although she is operating out of bed and doing a bit of work she has no choice but to stay well away from shooting because she is still on a drip.
