I think that the only reason nandani is away from karan is that mandira might have hers and karans child and she must live without karan in her life. or guys i aso think that maybe she got married again? which i doubht she got married but who know's ekta's CRAZY ideas.😕

she didn't get married again or else she would have sindoor and mangulstr as the signs of her being married. nandani has always loved karan only and will remain to love him, even if it means to stay alone so tanya's home won't get ruined.
