Akashdeep Saigal's driver duped him of Rs 35,000 before going missing

Akashdeep Saigal aka Eklavya of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is depressed these days. The actor is desperately searching for his driver, who didn't turn up ever since he left for his native place a month ago. Apparently the driver borrowed Rs 35,000 from the actor before he left. "He wanted to visit his native place and asked me to lend him some money. He vanished soon after," recalls Akashdeep.

But the actor seems to be missing his driver more than his money. "The man had been driving my car for the last couple of years. He was trustworthy. But now it looks like he will not return. It is not just the money, I wish he had told me the truth before he quit," says Akashdeep, who at present is frantically looking for a replacement. He says, "Since he vanished, I had been driving myself. But the bumpy roads have been giving me a tough time."

On being asked about rumours that he has got his choreographer replaced in Jhalak…, Akashdeep replies in the negative. "Bindi is doing a good job. I don't need another choreographer. All I need is a good driver, who can drive my Mercedes," he says.
