Yes. But not much is given about Nandini/Karan's biological child. For all we know, the child could be with Mandira. Mandira wanted that child. We will find out as the story moves ahead.

Mayank suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. It's much like the disease which Hritik suffers in Koi Mil Gaya.

Yes they are twins but not identical. They are fraternal twins which means that they are from the same mother but different faces etc.

Eldest would be Eklavya as he was atleast 5 when the rest were 3.
