Manthan's Room
Manthan thankz Bhoomi for saving him, he says "If it wasn't for her he would have been in trouble." He rambles about how Lakshaya is poor and stuff. Bhoomi is quiet. Manthan says "Sis come on, sometimes you should be happy..your so boring!" He throws a pillow at her. Bhoomi is very tensed and says "What if we got caught?" Manthan says "COME ON!" Bhoomi says "Anyways, now never do anything like that again..please! And one more thing..tomorrow in court or outside of court you don't need to meet with the sheriff..okay?!" Manthan sarcastically says "Right!" Bhoomi throws the pillow back at him. She leaves. Manthan thinks tomorrow that Haridwar's gawar's problems that she started will be vanished forever and she will be out of this house and life forever! He then says Ganga maiyaan and falls asleep.
Outside of court (on the steps)
Meera and Vijay bump into each other while smiling Vijay gives Meera a tight hug. He says "Where have you been for the past 20 years?! I was looking for you everywhere! I missed you so much!" (Meera throws Vijay off of her) In anger Meera rages "How dare you touch me!" She tries to slap him but Vijay grabs her hand and says "What are you doing? Im this city's top lawyer! Don't hit me…you should be making garma garm roti's with those hands for me!" Meera rages "Let go of my hand…varna!" Vijay says "Varna kya? The case cant start without the defense lawyer can it?" Meera says "So you are the defense lawyer? Didn't you fear enough loss 20 years ago? So you want to eat garma garm rotis with these hands? Don't worry KT will will get lots of hot roti's in jail!" Vijay says "Your anger is still the same after 20 years…people die in love…I die in your anger!" (He says this quote about love/anger…I didn't catch it all) Meera runs off with Vijay following her. Funny scene!
Outside of court (below the stairs)
Ba, Tanya and Damini get out of a car infront of the court. The 1st thing Ba says is "Damani beti, Tulsi will come na?" Damini smiles "Why wouldn't she come? Like we are dieing to see her, Im sure she is dieing to see us!" Ba says "Why isn't she here yet?!" Tanya says "Ba don't worry..lets go inside." While all 3 of them walk towards the court, Tulsi gets out of a rickshaw and says "Ba?" All turn around to see Tulsi standing. Ba cries in joy. Both Tulsi and Ba walk towards eachother and Ba cries "Tulsi!" (shes feels her face) Tulsi cries. Ba says "Meri baachi!" Baa starts crying more and says "Without you…it is horrible..you must be very hurt, very hurt, very hurt…" She cries and then they both hug. Tanya is in tears. Gautum then gets out of a car. Tulsi and Gautum's eyes meet. They smile. Just then a bus comes with KT in it. KT gets out of the car and cries "Don't worry Ba, I know the truth now, about you and Mihir sir, about you and the Viraani Parivaar's relationship…you did everything for me..but now I don't need anything, you lost all your life…go back to your life." She starts to say something but this women says "Lets go ma'am the hearing is about to start." KT finishes by saying "I wont come in between you and Mihir sir anymore!" Tulsi says "What are you talking about? If I wanted to leave…I would have left a long time ago beta." KT cries "You will have to go back…for me.." Tulsi says "KT listen to me!" KT intervenes "You have done everything for me…"
In court
Judge says "Case is now in session!" Meera starts with "This girl from a small dreamt of becoming rich and reached Bombay with an excuse of getting education but her eyes weren't on education but were actually on the Viraani Parivaars money and the Parivaar itself. Meera gives 3 reasons as to why KT is guilty. KT cries. Meera says "When Mihir gave the confidential files to KT then at that moment she took an advantage of the files! And took the 54 lakhs…" She makes a final statement "This girl should get the most toughest punishment!" Vijay intervenes "This lawyer (Meera) isn't here to fight this case but is here to finalize the punishment. Finalizing the punishment is the judge's decision not yours…all the Viraani Parivaar's managers knew about the file…are you saying they are criminals too?" Meera interrupts Vijay. Everything goes mute for a while. Mihir gets flashbacks and he looks at Tulsi and thinks "I have went through in my promise. I have not married a second time. Im still where I was 20 years ago but you have moved along. Since you can live without me…cant I live without you?" Meera starts talking "54 lakhs is nothing the Viraani Parivaar. I am part of the VP." Vijay then screams "YOU ARE NOT FROM THE VP!" Everyone is in shock. "YOU ARE FROM THE SINGHANIA PARIVAAR! Don't call yourself Meera Viraani, Meera ji because today you are still Meera Singhania!" Tulsi thinks "Mihir didn't marry Meera! Oh god till today…what kinds of thoughts did I not think about Mihir!" Music starts playing with flashbacks of Mihir and Tulsi.
Meera says "Id like to call Mihir into court." Tulsi thinks Mihir still has room for me in his heart, our love still lives. Mihir says "This girl has given me a dhooka." Everyone is shocked. He says all this horrible stuff about KT. KT cries. Mihir blames Tulsi for not teaching KT the right sanskars, he says a bunch of stuff about Tulsi and KT. Tulsi gets up angrily and says "Don't talk trash about my family…the judge has not given you the right to make the decision." Just then the judge says "Whatever you need to say can be said in the witness box." Tulsi sits back down. Meera says she wants to ask KT some questions. She asks KT is she knows Sharad Rana. KT stumbles out "He…he…went to my colle-" Meera says "YES OR NO?" KT cries "Yes." Meera asks her some other questions. If KT met Sharad Rana outside of VP's house or not. Meera accuses KT of giving the files to Sharad Rana. She says to the judge "This girl planned this fraud! Therefore she should be jailed for 7 years!" Everyone is in shock.
