You guys, I have not been watching this show for all the six years that it has been on, but it seems like all the new characters, after the second genertion leap, are related. I mean, new families aren't been introduced, and all the male and female leads are Viranis. So, my quetion is: Are Kisna and KT related (as in cousins) and Ekta just forgot about it?

no they are not as kisna is the grand child of tulsi and kt was brought up by tulsi as kt was left in river Ganges by his real dad who did not want another daughter

No, they aren't cousins, KT isn't Tulsi's real daughter, Tulsi brought her up.

kt and kisna are not related because kt was adopted by tulsi and kisna is well tulsis grandson where KT is like an adopted grandchild 😃
