this is what i dont get....why tusli was so shocked when she heard the name karan...it wasnt karan virani..it was karan..and she doesnt even know that manthan or lask are viranis....karan is a very common name....mumbai is a big city...with SO many ppl...there is a high probabitly that its a different karan...its a very common name..thats why i think she wont leave the house....cuz it could be anybody...us the viewers know that its not though

well...she has a son name Karan..so if you ever hear the name Karan..the first image that pops into u're head is the Karan you know...it's very common

C'mon. She's not dumb. This certain Karan as a son named Manthan who happens to bother KT. Karan's son is Manthan. Her son and grandson. There can be one name coincidence, but two common names? Of course she knows!
