hey!but i heard dat hiten and gauri are paid 45,000 each!then,why their names aren't here? 😕 😉

I highly doubt it..Pre-leap,Smrithi used to get around 35K for an episode,Hiten and Gauri around 25K,and Shilpa and Reva babbar around 7K.....There was an article in Mumbai Mirror about it....Iqbal Khan I believe, gets 33K for an episode,Neha Bamb 20K(and these people shoot like almost everyday),Roshni Chopra,Pulkit Samrat,Naman Shaw etc around 14K.....Shilpa used to get 15K for Kkusum and 7K for Kyunki per episode

She surely cannot get a 480% hike in her salary(that's the percentage hike if she's earning 46000 now 😕) ......She isnt Tulsi or KT and isnt the carrying the show on her shoulder....Its hard to believe that even Sudha Shivpuri gets 40000😕 but then she atleast has some screentime..Smrithi and Ronit Roy can be getting that much,as pre leap their salary was around 435-40K and now they're expected to grey/wear a hideous wig and look old...Thus their hike is quite understandable....

But i dont think Shilpa gets that much...Rakshandha herself just gets 25000 for Kasamn se,and RK has more screentime in Kasamn Se than SS has in Kyunki(and RK is definitely more talented and prettier than Shilpa)....and if Rakshandha Khan gets only 25000,I dont think people like Shilpa Saklani and Reva Babbar(seriously,I know I cant be judgemental and comment as I dont watch the show,but from the very little that i have watched,damini and ganga are the same..I couldnt see any difference between them before the leap,and even now Reva has more screentime than Shilpa) would get anything more than her 😕

There was an article in Mid Day about the impending salary hike,but there was another article the very next day in the diary section wherein they had said that the actors werent really getting the whopping amount and that balaji wasnt really giving a 480% hike ...and they ended the tidbit on a sardonic note saying that "We hope we didnt put ideas into the stars' head " 😆 ...Anyways,that was just my opinion 😃

Shilpa Saklani has a lot of demand outside Balaji productions which has increased tremendously after her stint with NACH BALIYE.But she preferred to stay with Balaji so as to maintain her personal & professional life well.

But actors like Rakshanda Khan,Anoop Soni,Anuj Saxena,Pawan Shankar,Shilpa Saklani,Mona Singh,Aashka Goradia etc. are highly demanded in other leading production houses.

So obviously Ekta Kapoor has to offer Rakshanda Khan,Shilpa Saklani,Aashka Goradia,Anoop Soni etc. more salary so that they will remain with Balaji Telefilms.

😆 Skilpa Saklani has a lot of demand?????😆

i don't agree with u on sum points like Hiten,Gauri etc r not demanded outside Balaji...they y obviously demanded but they choose to remain with Balaji as there is no need for them to take other works.....but they r in demand.

She does not make anything close to 45K. In all the women in whole TV industry, she is ranked 6-9th highly paid not 3rd in Balaji.

Whoever is posting this, please give us the link where Balaji or Ekta is saying that she makes 45 or 46K because whatever Shilpa says is always different from one article to another. For example: Since last two years she is claiming that she is 23 years old. I believe wage can be freezed for two years but age??? NOWAY.

yeah Neelam this even i have noticed abt her and don't know wat her wages r but Ronit n Smriti definitely highest paid actors on Television tht's for coz in many articles it has cum and it has lot of proof.

As far as Shilpa's fees r concerned in an article which showed fees of Kyunki's cast Shilpa's fee was Rs.7000 and for Kkusum it was Rs.20000 so wondering how cum there is so much of fee hike for Shilpa right 4m 7000 to 45000 😆 😕

I think some viewers have just limited capability to see the talent. They can only think about their favourites, they cannot see talented actors in general. No doubt, Hiten and Gauri are in high demand on every Channel but as Hiten said last year, he cannot accept more serials because of his hectic shcedules. He even begger Ekta to kill him in Kyunki, but because of Huge Fan base, Hiten and Gauri has, Ekta was unable to do that.

Wide Range 7000 -45000😆😆😆 I think Buffie is right, she may be making Pre leap 7000RS but Post leap, since with her make over, she looks like 23 rather than her screen age of 40-45, she may be making 20-25K.

u r right after leap she maybe getting tht much......an article said there 25% increase in their post-leap so if we increase 25% 4m Shilpa's salary preleap than it cums up around 20 or 25K.....btw whoever has posted this i doubt tht he/she get the resources checked.
