Janaandolan Victims' Fund
With the funds drying up due to the ever increasing number of injured people coming for treatment during the ongoing protests, Kathmandu Model Hospital has set up a Janandolan Primary Health Treatment Fund, under the coordination of Haribansha Acharya, Madan Krishna Shrestha, Dr. Sundar Mani Dixit, Dr. Bharat Pradhan, Sambhu Thapa, Kanak Mani Dixit, Gauri Pradhan, Bishnu Nisthuri, Suman Shrestha, Komal Bahadur Chitrakar and Dr. Sumitra Manandhar Gurung for the treatment of the injured.
JPHTF has also appealed to people to contribute to the fund set up for the humanitarian treatment of those injured during the Janaandolan.
Donations to the Janandolan Primary Health Treatment Fund (JPHTF) started with the actor duo Haribansha Acharya and Madan Krishna Shrestha donating Rs 100,000 from their own pockets.
