Amit Tandon (Manthan)& Iqbal Khan (Angad) on Kandy floss

I hav never really given update for anything but thought id give an update for Manthan in Kandy Floss as he only seemed to impress me more. Sorry to all the Pulkit fans but im defiantly an Amit Tandon fan!!!

Archna: Amit, u came to be singer but u became a TV actor & Iqbal, u came 2 b a Film actor but became a TV actor; did lady luck not support u or did u choose the easy way out? That bcoz ur good looking, Aisa (clicked fingers) u'll bcum actors (that theyl easily bcum actors on TV) Was that the case?

Iqbal: I don't think that if u cum 2 do movies u go into TV bcoz its not the easy way out

Archana: Looking at u 2, u seem 2 b walking, talking advertisms 4 Gyms, so is it a hobby to make muscles? esp urs (points to Manthan)?

Iqbal: Im wearing a jacket coz I dnt hv muscles

Archana: Or do u think it's a demand in our industry?

Amit: I think it's a demand

Amit: I do like working out, if I talk about myself I love working out

Iqbal: iv been working out since I was in skool

Iqbal: Amit is showing so I shud cover up,(Amit is like Acha Acha) V both shudnt show (muscles) then it wil look like v r advertising a Gym.

Archana: Ok,but I wudnt mind both of u showing,

Amit: Alright (with a very cute accent. Pretends 2 take of shirt)

Archana: hes (Amit) talking off his shirt also. & ur hiding (iqbal) wow

Amit: He's doing 2 shows (pats iqbal) so he dosnt get time…

Archana: He (Iqbal) shud hav been in KSBKBT, all covered up, ( no thnx I thnk Amit is th perfect Manthan)

Archana: Do u feel that ppl only get stuk on ur good looks & dnt c beyond that?

Iqbal: no, cos if u hav talent aswel as good looks, then it doesn't happen. Bcos Good looks only matter initially, for example when u go to c a film, u cos of the way it looks but if its content is not good u wont like it

Amit: in the 1^st meeting ppl will say what u c is what u c. but after looking if theres nothing then…

Archana: this is abt films, but have u experienced this in real life?

Amit: Ofcourse

Iqbal: Yeah in real life too, when u get married u get attracted 2 good looking girl/guy, But 1/2/3 years after u realise other qualities also matter

Archana: so when u look at a girl in that way what do you look for, good looks, sex appeal, sense on humour, if she's homely

Iqbal: I think this question is for Amit as im booked already

Amit whispers loudly into Iqbals ear, Sex appeal, so Archan laughs abt how he said so loudly and that v all heard that

Archana: so sex appeal

Amit: if u ask seriously then

Archana: dnt lie thisis Kandy Floss

Amit: If ur talng abt wedding then its ok

Iqbal: If v r not talking abt wedding so if there is anthing else

Archana: so if v r talking abt wedding u want sex appeal

Amit: Noo, if not talking abt wedding then Looks

Iqbal: what do you mean?

Archana: So something different for the girlfriend & (aww) something different for the wife

Amit: No, no I mean

Archana: double standards (shocked)

(Amit is getting totally lost now, trying to explain what he meant, but he looked cute when confused)

Amit: No. If ur thinking long term u hav 2 think how she will b with my family. Family background is very important.

Archana: when u hav a GF u dnt think of marriage straight away?

Amit: u have a GF & u hav fun 2getha (says Mazay) then…

( iqbal starts grinning so Amit get kinda shy & pushes Iqbal)

Archana: tell us more (laughing at Amit)

Amit: I dnt hav a GF so I dnt really know but Iqbal has 1

Archana: u r saying u dnt hav a GF, but v hav heard that u were with a Subharna ( I think that's the name she said!! Who is this???)

Amit: no, shes my sis

Archana: she's ur sister

Iqbal: No this is wrong & even I am aware of this

Archana: Who is she then?

Amit: she is no1 (hes seem really shy & uncomfortable, awww)

Archana: so u neva had an ex GF

Amit: no

Archana: SO ur wife handle the female fan following but the MALE fan following, cos I hav heard ohh my God "Iqbal is Gay"

Iqbal: wooh

Archana: u heard it also & u reacted also

Amit burst out laughin

Iqbal: Amit, watch out

Amit carries on laughing

Archana: Amit did u spread this rumour? u r looking very red

Iqbal pushes Amit &

Archana: don't touch him, so much

They all burst out laughing

Amit: stay away (picks up a fork)

Archana: so what is the reason for this? Is it bcoz Chiqna hai, clean cut

Iqbal: I don't know, coz im not attracted 2 guys, so I dnt know what happen (he ws slightly uncomfortable)

Archana: But there must b a reason for this rumout, some1 mighthav proposed 2 u, a proposition? (Amit is raising his hand-he wants 2 answer) Ok,Ok, u speak

Amit: As far as I know, Iqbal gets these offers due to his good quality, that he doesn't run after girls & when girls c this that he doesn't look at other girls, he is very 1 with his girl & he never thinks its been many years & iv bcum a star. I think ppl think that they gave him a line but he gave no attention bak so he must be.

Iqbal: r u listening Sneaha (2 the camera)

Archana: How much hav u (iqbal) paid him (amit) to do this?

They all laugh

Archana: what if u (amit) were in that category, where both sexes were after u? now u will say that not 1 sex is after me then how can there b the other sex. U dnt hav a GF, there isn't 1 after u

Amit: yeah, its sad.

Archana: Ahh, is it posbl that girls arnt afta u coz u r actually gay?

Amit: Ahem, I think its time 4 a break now (lol)

Iqbal: Amit Tandon is anything but gay

Archana: he has spilled of your secrets (to Iqbal) now u also tell some of his

Amit: I will stab u (threatens Iqbal with fork)

Archana: Talent. Good Looks. Choose 1 only

Amit: I will probably say Good looks, at least of this industry, I will say u need it 2 make a good entry.

Iqbal: can I give 2 answers?

Archana: first give the 1^st 1

Amit: I will giv 3

Iqbal: I think if a person can make talent,I will choose good looks. Cos u dnt just get talent u hav 2 make it

Archana: But u may get it from the 1 above

Iqbal: but u can work on it

Archana: now that iv flattered u both so much I think its time 2 say Avida, but first im gona ask u (amit) to sing a song

Amit sings Kabhie Alvida NA Kehna, very beautifully done👏. He was great, & towards the end Iqbal & Archana tried to join in 😛 , no competition.

Amit was great & seems 2 b completely opposite 2 Manthan. So he is a fnatastic actor as well as a great singer.
