Saahil told Mohini to return the money which she had earlier taken from the company. Mohini tells that she had already given a check, but it bounced due to some reasons (she was lying). So, to get money, she may have kidnapped the baby, and now shall ask for ransom, which she would give it to the company.

Mohini could thus be behind all this.
