Hey, I am confused that all of the office workers in Kyunki get treated like they are dumb with no feeling or of no value. Either, the writers don't know what a professional enviroment is like or is this the way it is in India? What is with the Madam and Sir all the time? If people were really treated like that they could never retain any of their staff. Ragu Kaka gets treated better than these people (not saying that he doesn't deserve respect just because he is a servant in the house)

ok i have sonething to say. i am from the uk and over here you call your boss by the first name. you are giving him respect by not being rude to or in front of him. the fact that you work for him means a two way relationship. he has to respect you in order for us to respect him back which makes us work better for him.

in india its not so.its more like the uk system...
and i think it sud be so...

being frenly doesnt mean going overboard...

u can still be frenly but courteous by calling sir/mam and classy too...i know americans call their parents too by name. but its misculture.
