I dont think so there is any other reason. coz Sahil will not fall for Mohini, I knew that before, that this is all Ekta's Khichdi.
But by hiding Mohinis fraud and roaming with her here and there, he is doing wrong. Ganga is going thru difficult phase. Saahil cannot prove himself innocent, but he shouldnt think of dumping her. He knows Ganga for so many years and must know that she doesn't talk rubbish. Instead he must try to make her believe that all this is Mohini's another drama.

well ganga has been undermining him as of late therefore shail does not know wot to believe and in his eyes mohini does not have a reason to do all this and gana does yo further undermine him
