In London and Tushar is receiving gifts and wishes. (The role is essayed by the guy who plays Kirshna in Kahani Ghar Ghar ki) He dances with his fianc a bit. Mihir recalls his dance with Tulsi recently. Damini talks to a foreigner who praises India. Damini talks to Mihir as he is feeling a bit lonely. Damini says that Tushar and Sonar make a beautiful pair. Mihir recalls Tulsi saying that people are paired up in heaven and marriage is an occasion that cements the relationships on earth. Damini realises that Mihir is missing Tulsi and calls up Shanthiniketan. (Tulsi has called up and London made a flimsy excuse about having an infection and not being advised to travel). Mihir senses that Tilsi is crying and asks her to forgive his rude behaviour before travelling to London. Tulsi says she perfectly understands his moods and behaviours and he does not have to say anything more on the issue.
At the hospital, Savitha is alone in her room and reaches out for a glass of water which is slightly away from her bed. She kind of slips and calls out to the nurses. A doctor, nurses and Tulsi rush in. The doctor sends out Tulsi saying that they will attend to her. As Tulsi steps backwards slowly and painfully, Savitha's friend (the person with whom Savitha stayed when she left Shanthiniketan) consoles Tulsi.
Tulsi is upset that Savitha is so helpless. She recalls bringing Savitha to the hospital and Savitha often loosing consciousness. She cries. She says that she cant bear to see Maa in such pain. But what can she do ? Mihir is not around either. How can she convey such news on phone?
In London, the engagement rings are exchanged between Tushar and Sonar. Mihir advises that a husband and wife always need to stay together. There will be fights, but they need to stick together to further strengthen their relationship. Suhasi thanks Mihir for his wonderful talk and Mihir says he learnt those from Tulsi.
Tulsi and Savitha's friend (does she have a name?) meet the doctor. He explains that because of the slip, there has been a set back in Savitha's recovery. Savitha's friend realises the feelings Tulsi has for Savitha. Tulsi continues to ask questions on reports, answers from a consultant neurologist from the research center and so on. The doctor says that he has scheduled a video conference the next day. Tulsi requests that she would like to be present too at the conference. The doctor nods his agreement. Savitha's friend admires Tulsi's never give up attitude and feels sorry that she had earlier mistaken it for stubbornness.
Tulsi comes out of the room with a few reports in her hand. She reads them and tears them up. (The reports did not show much hopes for Savitha)
Few days later
Savitha is in her room. She asks a nurse to give her the rosary beads so that she can meditate. The nurse advises her to relax and says that she will meditate on her behalf. Savitha gets angry and says that she is not helpless. She still has the capability to remember Thakurji herself. Tulsi asks the nurse not to argue with a patient. The nurse goes away and Tulsi gives Savitha a string of beads. She tells Savitha that the nurses treat all patients in a similar way. They don't know Savitha's capability. Savitha asks Tulsi if she loves her? Can she do something for her? Tulsi says that she loves her more dearly that she would have loved her own mom if she was alive. She says that she can do anything for Savitha, even give up her life. Savitha says that she wants something bigger than her life. Tulsi is a bit confused and insists on knowing what it is? Savitha wants a promise that Tulsi will do her bidding. After some hesitation, Tulsi promises. She says that she in constant pain. Its unbearable. Her head explodes every now and then. The rest of her body has given up too. Savitha says that she has seen many colourful dreams in her life and reared 3 generation of children. But now a days everything goes blank. There is just darkness in her eyes. Her shoulders have always been available for those in trouble. But now they cant bear even her. She just wants Mukthi now. Mukthi in the hands of Tulsi. Hearing these Tulsi is too shocked to react.
Tomorrow: Karan and Tanya are in a conversation. Karan, Saahil and Gautam are in the hospital. Meera and Mandira speak to each other. There is no voice. But just people on phone.
