WRitten Update--19th December
Meera calls Mohini to the witness box. Mohini swears that she will tell the truth and nothing but the truth. Mohini tells the judge that Tulsi has completely lost her senses. She says that Tulsi enters every1's room late at night and starts searching for clues. Mohini tells the judge how inncocent she is , but still Tulsi blamed her for Gujrals murder. She leaves
Meera requests Mihir to come to the witness box , and to tell the judge that when Gujrals murder happened , he was still at the party. Mihir starts to walk to the witness box. Tanya thanks Tulsi for sticking to the truth. TUlsi says that whats the usE? , since they've almost lost the case.
Mihir tells the judge that his wife , who has always stood up for whats right, still is right today. HE says that today i swear upon that wife....and say that what she has said is absolutely right----he confesses tha he has murdered Gujral, and his son, who loves him very much , is just covering up for him . Everyone is shocked when they hear this. Especially Savita (she cant close her mouth for the next 5 mins!)
Meera is taken aback. She tells Mihir to please mind what he is saying. She says that although Tulsi has blackmailed him, he doesn't need to confess.Mihir says that Karan is completely innocent. Karan objects...he tells mihir no to lie.
Tulsi has tears in her eyes. Savita tells Gayatri that she doesn't understand what the matter with Mihir is , and why is he confessing like this.
Mihir tells the judge that Gujral was a bad guy. He was a criminal and in order to save his(mihirs) family and buisness, Mihir had no other option but to kill him.Meera again asks him to anap back to his senses, but Mihir goes on. He says that at the party , Gujral not only insulted him but also his family , which angered him , and he killed GUjral.
Karan is hysterical now. HE steps out of the witness box, and asks Mihir not to lie. The judge asks Karan not to shout. He says that Karan's hanging shall be postponed for a week, and after 4 days, on the 23rd of this month, there will be another hearing of this case. Till then , the court is adjourned.
Nandini comes up to Karan and tells him to control his emotions.
Mihir looks at Tulsi they both have tears in their eyes. A song plays:
WOh teeri ankon ka nagina

THey are the only ones left in court. .another song starts playing . SAvita comes and asks Mihir why he has confessed. She aks him to change his statement.Mihir says that he knows exactly what he has done and will not change his statement. SAvita asks him that whether or not he knows what the result of this will be.She looks at Tulsi and screams at her. She says that why are you cryin. This is what you wanted. Today you should be happy. She says that on this happy occasion , she will give Tulsi a gift--- a WHITE saree......which she will have to wear for the rest of her life. Tulsi starts crying harder. Savita says that Mihir loves you(Tulsi) a lot , he went agianst the whole family to marry you and gave you everything that a wife could ever want , and what did you give him in return--DEATH? Savita says that she will never forgive Tulsi . Mihir looks at Tulsi , who is crying uncontrollably(not hysterically though) and asks Savita to calm down.
Outside the court a conversation between DAmini , Gautam and Sahil is shown . DAmini says that she had always heard that miracles happen , today she has seen one happen right before her eyes. Gautam however is quite , he says he doesnt know whether to be happy about Karan or sad about Mihir.
Mohini , Savita and Gayatri are having a conversation. Mohini says that she wonders what Tulsi has done to Mihir , since he seems to be under Tulsi's spell . Savita says she doesnt know about the spell, but she will certainly not forgive Tulsi for what she has done.
Mihir comes to meet Karan. KAran says that you know , and I know that you(mihir) have not murdered Gujral, then why do you want to take the blame for it?Mihir says that shat if he asks Karan the same question , because they both know that KAran is not the killer. Karan is quite at first but then he says that If i die , it wont make such a big difference , but your(mihirs) Death will destroy the whole family...especially Tulsi, who won't be able to live without Mihir. Karan tells ihir that he loves Tulsi very much and cant bear see her sad. Mihir says that he loves Tulsi more than anyone in the world , and she means a lot to Mihir , and whatever he is doing , he is doing for Tulsi , since he has seen her cry her heart out for Karan .Mihir Tells Karan that if Karan dies , what will happen to Nandini , and their soon to come child. He says that he is willing to sacrifice for Tulsi.....and then the camera focuses on Tulsi , who has over heard their conversaion.
Tommorrow : Tulsi is crying in front of Thakurji. Mihir comes in and asks her why shekeeps talking to Thankurjee. He assures her that whatever she did was for the sake of her son.
