Tulsi goes against mihir :(:(
Outside the court Tulsi is sitting under a tree , lost in her own thoughts. Tanya asks her what she is thinking about. Tulsi tells Tanya that she cant go angainst her husband because she does not want to cheat him. She apologizes and says that she will not testify against mihir in court. Tanya tries convincing her but Tulsi remains firm . She repeats again that she will not be able to testify againt her husband. Savita overhears them.
Savita tells tulsi that it is still not to late. She begs her to take the case back so that her(savitas) son and tulsis husband wont be snatched away from them. Tulsi doesnt reply.
Inside the courtroom Karaqn comes in. He looks at Tulsi and thinks why is she taking all this touble for him . HE looks at Nandini n Tanya , both of them have tears in their eyes . Shadaab (tulsis lawyer) starts of the case saying that this case has been reopened due to Mrs. Tulsi Virani , who is sure that the killer is not Karan , but is Mihir.
Meera objects , she says that Karan has already confessed of his crime , so by reopening this case , Mrs. Virani is just trying to waste the courts time. Therefore the case should be closed.
The judge questions Shadaab as to why he thinks that Karan is innocent. Shadaab says that Karan is not that type of person who will take someone's life , although he will not hesitate for even a moment for giving his life , and thats exactly what hes doing now. He calls DAmini to the witness box.
Shadaab asks Damini what type of person KAran is. She says that KAran is a very sensitive, caring and sweet person who is ready to do anything for his family. She also says that it was Karan who risked his life in order to save her husband Gautam.
Meera says that even the greatest of all people make mistakes. Shadaab counters by saying , just like the gr8 Mihir Virani has made the mistake of murdering gujral.
Shadaab requests the judge to allow Mrs. Tulsi Virani to come into the witness box please. He says that no wife would accuse her husband of murder on the second day of KArva Chaut , but TUlsi has done tht , since she always fights for what is right. The judge grants Shadaab permission. He calls Tulsi for the second time. Tulsi does not move. Mihir aks tulsi to go ahead. Shadaab calls Tulsi for the 3rd time.
Now Tulsi is shown to thinking about the times she spent with both her husband and her son. A song plays:

This time the judge asks Tulsi to come to the witness box. Tanya has tears in her eyes. nands asks her what is wrong. She tells her that Tulsi has refused to testify against mihir in court.
Tulsi steps into the witness box. A man brings the Geeta. At first she hesitates but then She puts her hand upon the Geeta n swears that she will speak the truth and nothing but the truth.
She says that she is left with no choice but to go agianst her husband hwo she not only loves , but also worships, all for her innocent son. She says that Mihir has confessed in front of Tulsi. Everyone seems too be shocked when Tulsi says this. Shadaab says that is all he wanted to prove. HE says that now Meera can question Tulsi if she wants.
Meera refuses to question Tulsi. She says that she will not question Tulsi for the simple reason that she has gone mad and can say or do anything to save her son , even if that means putting her other son (gautamS) life at stake.
Meera calls Gautam to the witness box. She asks him how hurt he was when Tulsi accused him. He said that Tulsi can never hurt anyone. MEera asks him to answer her wuestions to the point in just "yes" or "NO". She asks him whether Tulsi accused him and made a plan with the police to catch him , in which he almost lost his life?.....He has no option but to say yes.
Meera calls Nandni to the witness box. She asks her whether Tulsi has suspected her to the crime. Nandini says yes , but it was only a misunderstanding. Meera says exactly , and Tulsi has misunderstood Mihir just as she has misunderstood the others.
MONDAY : Meera calls Mohini into the witnes box. Mohini comes in , with her usual silly grin plastered on her face.
