After Mihir is involved in the case, Harsh starts to wonder what to do. Meera starts the case and tells that it is a fact that Karan has committed to his murder and that he should be given the sentence. Sadabh counters in saying that he has witnesses who can defend Karan and show their positions.
First, Tanya comes and details all that she heard from Mihir. Meera asks her if she has any special relations with Karan, since she is so involved in the case, that it seems that you are married to him. Nandini hears this and is shocked. She starts to scream and scold Meera. The judge orders her to be quiet. Meera continues in saying that Tanya has a record of lying in the booth and that she had personally come to her and requested her to make up that she was with Karan during the murder of Gujral. Hence, Tanya cannot be trusted. Sadabh tries to counter saying that it cannot be trusted upon Meera, since she is switiching sides for her own selfish motives.
Meera is shocked and continues. Sadabh says that Mihir Virani has admitted in front of his own children and relatives that he has killed Gujral and won't accept the responsibility. Meera counters that he has no proof for this statement. He calls on Tusli and asks her what Mihir Virani told him that night and what proof she has. Tulsi hesitates in that she saw her husband burning the papers of Gujral Properties and that she took them to Chauhan. Sadabh presents those reports to the Judge. Then, Tulsi tells that she saw Mihir quietly trying to play a CD that contained information about the murder and trying to destroy it. Meera objects, but the Judge overrules her.
Finally, Sadabh asks if Mihir confessed his crime in front of her. Crying with tears, she says yes, that he had confessed in front of her. Mihir and Savita are shocked. The Judge asks her if she is in her state of mind, since she seems upset. Tulsi cries that she was in a dilemma, since she does not want to kill her husband, but she does not want her innocent son to die. She leaves the podium. Sadabh confirms that what Tulsi Virani has said is the truth and that when Mihir can tell about Ansh and his being witness against Tulsi, why can't she, just because she is a woman?
Meera asks that Tulsi is lying and brings in Savita. Savita explains that on that occasion, his son was drunk and was not in his state of mind. She says that Tulsi had always wanted to get rid of his son and now has found this new method of putting him in charge of the crime. Tulsi is shocked. She says that she was there when Mihir confessed, but he was drunk, since he wanted to save Karan and later told her that he was just too upset. Sadabh counters in that Savita Virani is lying, since she has personal animosity towards Tulsi and has been trying to get rid of her since she took her first step in the Virani Family. Meera objects, but it is overruled. Sadabh says that Savita is lying and that he will prove that. He calls on Damini and Ganga and asks if Mihir was drunk. Both reject that notion. To Savita's surprise, she is amazed and scared. Meera says that they both are lying since they are behind Mihir's wealth and are part of a bigger plot that includes Tulsi.
Sadabh says that the case is clear and will call upon his last witness, Mr. Chauhan. He asks Chauhan about his encountanrce with Mihir. Chauhan says that Mihir was acting very differently since Day 1 of his investigation and also, by the murder of Gujral, Mihir benefited alot. He was able to save his money and his image. Finally, Sadabh asks Mihir if he loves his son and that why didn't he hire a lawyer to release him. He says that he knew his son was the culprit. Meera says that Sadabh is leading Mihir. Sadabh says that everything is very clear and that the case is transperant.
The judge orders the arrest of Mihir and the continuation of the case with bringing Karan as one of the witnesses next time.
