Will they ignore that duo as well.

What i think is they rushed for the leap .

They were eager to carry the story forward.

It's too early to make assumptions.

I for one feels preeta wil start disliking karan when she finds out the truth. No woman can tolerate husband thinking she had affair with brother. Very low thinking.

At one point preeta will get tired

All this while no matter how karan was she thought highly of him. But not now. Coz this new karan will be put too low . He would be rishab's rival. Won't treat her nicely. Will throw unbearable remarks. This new karan will crush ger more that whatever love she has for him will blow out of the window

His harshness will indirectly push ger towards rishab.

Don't focus much on marriage rituals. They have taken place. Finish story

Srishti and Sameer aren't the leads. I feel nothing can be said with confidence at this moment. Even Shakti won't agree to do a parallel role.

EK female leads are usually doormats. No matter how crass is the man they love, they end up forgiving them.

I will wait to see how it goes.

The point that you are trying to make makes a lot of sense! BUT! This has more to do with the editing and that has more to do with the fact that Dheeraj has just left the show, Preeta and Karan have been a thing for really really really obnoxious amount of time, their feelings are already hurt!
