He talked today about Sarla and his girlfriend #2 dadi as if nothing had happened!

Its the same with almost majority of us. We really don't get it how can things get normalized between preeta and karan. But the fact is its not us who is handling the story. So we will have to deal with it.

But idk if this can be given as an explanation or not. But I feel this can also be a reason

Preeta realized that no matter what karan does he does hold a special place in her heart. At sometime you will be in a pool of emotions were you don't know what is right or wrong. Whether to hate someone or love them. You want to hate them but you can't really hate them. Sometimes u feel happy with the things you did together but at the same time you feel sad/hurt when that person hurt you or does something really bad to you. You might feel hatred towards that person and feel hurt. But after sometime when you again happen to interact with that person, you really don't carry your grudge. Maybe that's what happened between them also.
