There are so many interesting characters (sameer, shrishti, rishab etc etc) so who cares for non entity Krithika? Sorry I for sure not interested at all :(

Hmmm, I would like to see some progression in Krithika's story as well. Though I hope she doesn't get married to Akshay.

I feel like there are so many characters that need to be explored but the writers are stuck with Punnu-Babes for some reason. I can't tell whether they're trying to stall or what.

We could probably have a years worth of story if we branched off the other characters of the show. Even the main characters havent really had their romances explored. We keep getting teased but no progression.

That is not Ekta's style at all. She always starts out with a lot of characters. Then she checks which way wind is blowing as far as TRPs are concerned. Accordingly she gets stuck in that corner and will not change or move unless TRPs fall. In our case clearly it is now Prithvi & Sherlyn and to some extent the leads and a couple of other characters. hence the extra time given to the bad guys. It has been always like this with Ekta. So we can safely expect the current story to keep going on for a while since it is #1 show.
