Last year he was voted the Best Dewar at the Star Pariwar awards and this year he was voted the Best Pati at the same awards.
Though the ladies to whom he is a dewar and a pati are different, the fact is Hussain Kuwajerwala is fast ascending the ladder of success.

Indeed with such warm sentiments for Star Plus it is not surprising that Hussain features in Kumkum, Krishna Arjun and Kuch Kar Dikhana Hai all aired on the same channel.
Is the handsome dude planning to switch channels for his big leap forward? No, he says.
