well, i think when dhruv was broken down about the family supporting sherman and having more faith in him. this is ofcourse fuled by ther evil uncle and aunt. so in the mist of comforitng, i think , was when it happened. this was when vivan and gaurav played the charactors

Oh well Dhruv was very Drunk and almost broken one day due to his problems with his family in absense of Sumit and Kumkum when Siya came to give him some comfort 😉 and both actually ended up Consumating their Love 😊
