Can’t they share custody

why cannnot dhr just divorce her and marry siya. they can share custody and the baby can stay with her half they time and with them the rest of the time. if kk wants to help ant then they can jsut get her own place and pay her alimony so she can support herself and the baby. a lot of divorced couples do it why can't they do it. kk is being so annoying, dhr loves siya so why can't he marry her and be a dad to the kid. i'm sure siya wud love the kid and was ok wit the fact tht he was divorced. kk is makin dhr, ant and siya all miserable in the long run for her stupid insane principles that sound gud but ain't practical.
