After watching 23rd nov epi I too think that shraman and siya will end up together.

Neethi is shown to be really jealous and mean toward Siya and the Wadwas so maybe she will turn completely negative. And on the wedding day Druv might not make it to the wedding and Shraman will get married to Siya the same way sukk got married
