Manj. Reaches home in a very angry mood….still muttering something to herself. A man is sitting reading newspaper in the verandah. He sees her with the corner of the eye then speaks… 😉

Man: oye ki hoya?....kis par itna gussa nikaal rahi hai?...oye kuch der shant bhi baitha kar. 😆 😆

Manjeet sits down on the sofa…(more like a takht)…then she stares at the man angrily, who was again busy reading the newspaper. When she couldn't sit quietly anymore she speaks… 😆 😆

Manjeet: oye…kuch to sharm karo…jab dekho ae.(yeh) akhbaar le ke baithe rehte ho…kabhi to apne ghar ke logon par kuch dhyaan de diya karo. 😛 😛 😆

Man folds the paper and speaks : mainu ki zururat hai sharm karne ki…tussi ho na saare ghar ke logon ke hisse ki sharm karan vaaste(karne ke liye). 😕 😆 😆

After saying this he laughs….

Manjeet: ho gaya…ab agar hans liye ho mujhpar to kuch apni laadli ke bare mein bhi soch lo…saara mohalla mujhe uske naam se jaanta hai…aur… 😛

The man cuts her off….

Man: yeh to achchi baat hai..ki tum apni beti ke naam se jaani jaati ho….isme gussa karne waali kya baat hai? 😛 😛

Manjeet(sarcastically): haan haan…khushi ki to baat hai…jab log mujhe kehte hain. "woh dekho us kumkum ki maa…..wahi kumkum jisne hamare ghar ka sheesha toda tha.."…"woh dekho yeh naa kumkum ki maa hai..wahi jisne hamari saari sabji gira di thi.."…aise …aise jaante hain sab log mujhe…. 😆 😆 😆

Man: ohho…bachchi …dheere dheere samjhne lagegi sab…. 😊

Manjeet (joins her hands infront of him) :dhanya ho Balbir Singh ji…tumhari beti chahen budhi(old) kyun na ho jaaye .rahegi woh bachchi hi…naa..??? 😆 😆 😆

(Balbir is father of kumkum. He has a shop of clothes at a place near that town.)

Balbir: par aaj usne kya kiya? 😕

Manjeet: kya??? Mere itna manaa karne ke bavjood yeh wahaan gali mein cricket khelne gayi.aur phir toli mein naachne bhi….samjhaate samjhaate haar gayi hun…..ki ab tum badi ho gayi ho.yeh sab achcha nahi lagta…lekin nahi meri to sunni hi nahi hai is ladki ne…shehar se jaakar do lafz angrezi (English) ke kya padh liye khud ko jaane kya samjhti hai. 😡

Bal: par kumkum to yahin hai… 😕

Manj: kya??? 😕

Bal : haan…abhi dekho….kumkum …kumkum puttar… 😳

A girl comes out wearing yellow suit…..

Girl:jee bauji.

Man: oye sudha, kumkum kitthe hai?

(Sudha, kumkum's younger sister)

Sud: bauji didi puja-ghar mein hain….puja kar rahi hain.

Bal: dekha…..main keh raha tha naa… 😳

Manj:tum sab milke use bachana chahte ho na….. 😆 😆

Sud:nahi ma…didi sach mein puja ghar mein hai..

Manj: chal abhi dekhte hain…. 😡

All of them go to puja-ghar…the same girl wearing white suit.is sitting reading a holy book…manjeet was abt to speak something but balbir stops her.

Bal: puja karte waqt nahi tokte.

The girl finishes the book….and stands up…she turns…with beautiful eyes with kaajal and an enormous smile on face lit up the room…girl goes to her balbir and gives him prashad then to sudha…then manjeet…manjeet was staring at her…. 😡 😡

Girl: mummy jee aap subah subah kahaan chale gaye the….main kab se aapki raah dekh rahi thi…. 😆 😆 😉

Manjeet holds her ears : jhooti…..main baahar gayi thi...ki tu subah se gaayab thi... 😡

Girl: aah…ouchhhh….mummy jee… main kitthe nai gayi si…..aithe hi si..ouchhhh
lag raha hai.papa jee..

Balbir: oye manjeetey..chad….aaja kumkum puttar…(he takes kk to his side) tu jab dekh iske peeche padi rehti hai..puttar tu jaa….apne kamre mein.. 😛 😳

Kumkum: thanku papa jee… 😳 😃

While going she turns to sudha and winks….then she smiles and leaves… 😉 😉

Manjeet: dekha ….woh jaanbujh ke aisa karti hai….aur aap..

Balbir: oye chad naa….bachchi hai… 😊

There kumkum enters her room and closes the door…her room was filled with pictures of a handsome boy…she luks at the pictures then moves to one of the pictures with close profile of that boy. 😳 😳

Kumkum: aise kya dekh rahe ho?...maine kitni baar manaa kiya hai…ki aise mat dekha karo… 😳

Then she blushes and goes and sits on her bed…picks up another photograph of that boy and keeps luking at it…

Kumkum: tumhara to pata nahi par….main ….main tumse bohut pyaar karti hun…..I luv u ….I luv u Sumit. 😳 😳
