KK reaches the court..rushes inside. On her way in, she sees media people announcing in the news that Su admitted to the charges and has been sentenced to 5 years in prison. KK enters an empty courtroom.. shocked and in tears.. KK imagines Su accepting the charges and the judge announcing the verdict. KK walks out of court..media asks her questions about her fighting her husband's case, but Su accepting the charges and being convicted.. KK does not answer the media. Just then KK sees Sukanya bua..calls out to her but Sukanya bua does not listen. KK is shocked to see Sukanya bua get into Nivi's car..and Nivi presenting Sukanya bua with gold bangles.. KK realises that Sukanya bua has been with Nivi all along, therefore all her plans failed..as Sukanya bua would have told Nivi about KK going to the police station in disguise..
Nivi reaches home..very happy with the outcome. Tiple is waiting for her.. Nivi tells Tiple she is very happy.. Tiple tells her he has more good news for her, and gives her a packet of clothes with blood stains.. Nivi is shocked.. Tiple tells Nivi that he killed Katara. Nivi is happy and says that now both SuKK will be seperated..both will be in jail..
KK meets Su in jail and asks him why he admitted to the charges..why didn't he wait for her? KK says she already has been away from him for so long, she can't handle more judaai. Su tells KK that what he did was right..all he needed was to get back KK's love & trust..and he got that back today..he doesn't need anything else. KK tells Su that she needs everything back..she needs Su's freedom..she needs Su's maan sammaan..she needs their life back. KK vows that she will get Nivi punished for everything she did.. that Nivi will now realise a 'suhaagan ki taaqat'

KK..with Dhruv Sharman Neeti & Siya, has a plan and explains to them the details (all mute). Sharman & Dhruv explain the plan to Dadaji & Kul.. and Neeti & Siya do the same and explain to Dadi & Veena.
Sukanya bua is doing her regular 'jaap'..KK gives the aarti to Sukanya bua and asks her about her doing the 'jaap'. Sukanya bua says she is doing the 'jaap' but its of no use..she did it for KK but things got from bad to worse..first Su left the house, later got arrested and convicted. Sukanya bua sees KK smiling and asks her why is she smiliing when Su has been convicted. KK tells her that Su will be out of jail soon and Nivi will be in.. Sukanya bua is surprised and asks her how will that happen? Sharman comes there and tells Sukanya bua that they have found Katara and tonight they are meeting him at the Pune express highway. KK says now Nivi will be arrested and all those who are with her too.. Sukanya bua is all smiles but gets slightly nervous and leaves from there with the pretext of thanking god.. KK tells Sharman they know where she is going..
Sukanya bua enters her room, closes the door and quickly calls Nivi to tell her everything that KK said to her.. KK and Sharman open the door and see Sukanya bua talking to Nivi..
Nivi is shocked.. she immediately calls Tiple to meet her at the Pune express highway..
Tiple reaches the highway and asks Nivi what happened that she called him there so urgently.. Nivi pulls out Tiple's gun and points it at him.. tells him that she will kill him for betraying her.. Tiple gets nervous and asks her what happened.. Nivi says he lied to her about killing Katara..and now KK has got hold of him. Tiple says that is impossible as only he knows where Katara is..and no one can reach him. Tiple tells Nivi to come with him and see for herself..and after that if she does not believe anything, she can kill him..she can keep the gun with her..
Nivi follows Tiple to a deserted construction site.. Tiple shows Nivi where Katara is.. Tiple goes close to Katara.. Katara pulls out a gun on Tiple.. Nivi comes there and shoots Katara. Nivi is happy that KK's last source of saving herself is also dead.. Nivi tells Tiple to bury Katara in such a way that even if he is alive, he cannot come out..
BREAK..
Next day.. Dadaji reads the newspaper and is happy.. passes on the newspaper to Kul..he is happy.. Kul passes on the newspaper to Dadi..she is happy..
Nivi reads the newspaper and is angry.. Newspapers' headline reads that Su's case has been reopend.
Outside court, the media asks the Judge what was the reason to open the case when the accused himself admitted to the charges.. The Judge tells the media that the case has been reopened just so that an innocent does not get convicted.. She goes onto add that last night some new evidence came to light which is also the reason why the case has been reopened.
KK & Nivi reach court at the same time.. both get off their cars and come face to face. Nivi tells KK that no matter how many tricks she plays.. KK interrupts, completes the sentence that only & always the truth wins. KK tells Nivi that she falsely implicated Su..but not anymore..coz his love, his trust..his wife is fighting for him!
PRECAP: In court, Tiple is in the witness box and KK questions him as to why did he leave his duty and whom did he meet at the Pune express highway? Tiple gets nervous and tells KK that he met his friend for some personal reasons.. KK says, that she knows..but whom did he meet is the question. Tiple gets nervous and blurts out that he met Nivi. Nivi is shocked!
