How can a rape / molestation be recorded?

Hi guys, I dont understand, why they are not realising that how can a person know in advance that she is gonna be raped? I mean its been recorded, that means it was a planned move.....and a rape is always impulsive that means immediate....no one plans that today I am gonna rape and this time.....lol...what do you guys think??

That is a major point in this case.. Obviously no one keeps a hidden camera in their bedroom until & unless its for a specific purpose. Hopefully KK will realise that soon and point it out in court.. Or who knows, that point is overlooked and KK goes by her plan.

i think today nivi spoke when that this video has been recorded by false that is she said to court that acc to nivi all this between su-nivi was recorded accidently.so with this point kk cant fight.

i know that's exactly what i was thinking how can it be

recorded unless it's planned.. hopefully kk will have

noticed and i hope that, the recordeing part is in her
