Veena comes to the study to give milk to KK and tells her not to worry, things will be fine. Veena tells KK that she is glad KK realised the mistake she made. KK wonders what Veena is talking about.. Veena says, the mistake KK made of bringing Nivi so close into their lives. Veena says she understands that Nivi was her friend, but one should never let them invade too much into their private lives. KK agrees and says that trusting someone is not a mistake..but there is a limit one needs to chalk out in such cases. KK says but now no more, she will not let Nivi ruin anything..and will definitely win the case. Veena is happy.. Just then Methi chacha come to the study and asks Veena for Dadi's medicines as he cannot find it in the place she usually keeps it.. Veena tells Methi to look carefully..sometimes the thing is kept right in front, but the person cannot see it.. Veena leaves with Methi.. Just then it strikes to KK that maybe the same is happening with her.. In order to look for bigger evidence, maybe she is overlooking the smaller details. KK checks the CD again and sees that Su pulled Nivi by her right arm (a shot that was not there earlier in the CD shown).
Next day, court proceedings start.. KK requests the judge to be permitted to have a TV screen and DVD player in court. KK is granted permission.. KK shows everyone clippings of molestation/rape cases.. Everyone wonder what KK is trying to prove.. Nivi's lawyer objects to showing such clips.. KK points out that in any & every rape case, the victim always tries to save herself..either by running away or getting hold of an object to hit the rapist/molestor..and in the struggle, usually, both the man & woman get hurt. In this case, only Nivi got hurt.. KK calls on Nivi to the witness box and questions her about the marks on her body. Nivi says Su attacked her and hence she has marks on her left arm. Then KK shows the court the CD again..and points out at the fact that Su held Nivi by the shoulder..but she has no marks on her shoulder, instead has marks on her back & neck. Su had pulled Nivi by her right arm, but she has marks on the left arm.. All are shocked..
BREAK..
All are shocked.. Nivi pales.. Dada-Dadi & all are happy. KK again asks Nivi, that if Su pulled her by the shoulder & right arm, as shown in the CD, then how does she have marks on her back, neck & left arm? Nivi fumbles and says that the CD may not have the entire thing.. Nivi says Su forced himself onto her and hurt her all the way due to which she has marks. KK points out that if all is not there in the CD, it means the CD was made at Nivi's convenience..or she probably edited out certain parts and also put it on mute so that no one knows what is being spoken about. KK further goes onto point that had it been a rape attempt, Nivi would definitely try and run out of the room..but she did not. Fact is that Su-Nivi struggled for the chip which was in Nivi's hand. Nivi is left speechless.. Nivi's lawyer has no questions to ask.. Following Nivi's lawyer's 'no questions' stance, KK then requests the judge to announce her verdict. The judge says that due to lack of proper evidence yet, the court would have to go by the CD, but before announcing her verdict she needs to, again, look into the CD carefully and postpones her verdict for 24 hours. The judge gives KK the next 24 hours to find any further proof/evidence with regards to the case.
The court is adjourned.. The police take Su away, but before leaving Su comes in front of KK and tells her that he believes in his love and trusts her completely.
BREAK..
At Wadhwa house, all gathered in the living room, talking about KK and praising her for the way she handled the case proceedings..and now their win is definite. Sukanya bua comes there and tells everyone not to be so happy so soon, as anything can happen.. What if Su is convicted of the charge? Dhruv rubbishes her and says that nothing will happen.. Until KK is with Su, there is no way she will not win the case. All agree.. Kul hopes that everything goes in their favour the following day.. Veena says everything will definitely go in their favour..
Nivi is furious at how KK managed to turn around the case.. Nivi tells Tiple & her lawyer that KK's aim is to win the case and she can do anything..right uptil bribing them both. Nivi threatens them of going onto KK's side.. Tiple assures Nivi that they are with her..like her slaves.. and that KK won't be able to do anything. Nivi tells Tiple not to underestimate KK at this juncture..
In her room, KK is thinking of what other evidence/proof can she get that would prove Su innocent. Just then Neeti comes into the room and says she has brought a surprise for KK..its Siya. KK is happy to see her. Siya apologises for not being around, what with so much happening. Siya lauds KK for the way she handled everything in court and tells KK that she will definitely win. KK says they will definitely win, but this is just the beginning. KK says she has a plan, but would require all of them to help her. KK tells Dhruv to explain the whole plan to Sharman properly.. KK tells Neeti, Siya & Dhruv about her plan (all muted) and asks them how it is. Siya gives KK a thumbs up. KK says now Nivi will realise the strength of truth..and will definitely fail.
PRECAP: In court, KK tells Nivi she yet has time to withdraw the case.. If not, KK will make sure she brings it to such a point that not only will Nivi forget SuKK's names..she will forget her own name!
