-Aliya advises rhea to maintain a good image in front of ranbir so he trusts her and feels guilt for rejecting her over prachi. Aliya says rhea needs to remove prachi from ranbir's heart by humiliating prahci so much that ranbir regrets choosing prachi. She tells rhea to defame prachi in a way that neither ranbir or any boy will love her.
-Sarita tells prachi to start imagining herself with ranbir and her view of ranbir may change. Prachi says when ranbir hasn't said to them that he loves her then why are they pressing on this matter so much. Prachi says ranbir saved her lots of times but that's because he is good and they are mistaking his goodness for love. Prachi says she knows ranbir and he is crazy and flirtatious and flirts with every girl. She says he is not mature and takes everything as a joke. Pragya thinks the description of ranbir is just like abhi and that she used to think of abhi the same way. Sarita asks what kind of guy prachi likes then. Prachi says ranbir is not good as a life partner. Sarita and pragya asks what kind of guy she wants then. Prachi says she wants a boy who is nothing like ranbir and is completely opposite from him. She says she wants a sorted, mature and good boy who does a 9 to 5 job, gives time to his family, has simple choices, and understands her. Sarita yawns and rolls her eyes at prachi's description. Pragya smiles thinking she used to think the same as prachi but the opposite happened as per fate. Pragya laughs as sarita calls prachi's choice of boy boring.
-Ranbir comes for breakfast and entire kohli's, mehra's and khanna's are sat at dining table. Abhi keeps looking at ranbir and notices him giving his chair to rhea. Ranbir feels guilty that he was the one who proposed love to rhea and convinced her of his love. He blames himself. He thinks he should have talked to rhea before prachi. Pallavi asks ranbir why he changed his chair with rhea as rhea doesn't like the food ranbir does. Rhea says she's started liking it. Ranbir is worried hearing that rhea has started liking the things he does. Abhi thinks ranbir has started looking after rhea even in the home and thinks they look good together. Aliya thinks that because rhea has chosen ranbir he has to sacrifice his love for prachi and she will make sure he does that. Rhea finds the food too chilli and ranbir gives her water. Ranbir says she shouldn't have eaten it as the food was prepared to his taste. Vikram tells ranbir he's has to go to office with him today so that they can spend time together. Ranbir says he hasn't seen a more khadoos father. He says he knows he doesn't want to spend time with him, but just wants to make him do his work for him. Abhi says to ranbir he won't let vikram take him anywhere or make him do any work. Vikram complains abhi always takes ranbir's side. Abhi says now he will take his side even more. Vikram asks what does he mean. Vikram says he's behaving as if ranbir is his son. Rhea thinks he didn't do good by choosing prachi. Ranbir thinks he is sorry to rhea but what can he do as he felt he loved her but he only loves prachi. Abhi thinks ranbir and rhea look really good together.
-Pragya says she won't ask her again about ranbir. Prachi asks is it because she realised it's wrong. Pragya says no not because its wrong. Pragya tells prachi that if she ever loves a guy then to tell her and she'll like any boy she does. Sarita tells prachi she won't like seeing her marry any other boy other than ranbir. Sarita asks pragya whether she really will like any boy prachi chooses. She says she trusts prachi's choice and she will never choose a wrong boy and even if she chooses wrong boy she won't let prachi go with him.
-Abhi says to purab he also thinks ranbir loves rhea. Purab asks who gave him this confirmation. Abhi says did he not notice how much ranbir cares for rhea on the dining table. Purab says that means the love is two-sided. Abhi says he doesn't know, maybe, but he says he thinks so. Purab asks why doesn't he go and tell vikram. He says vikram won't understand as he considers ranbir good-for-nothing. Purab says vikram is his dad. Abhi says then he'll speak to vikram but he thinks it's too quick as it's new love. Abhi says he doesn't want to tell the children he knows about their feelings and will act surprised when they themselves tell their feelings to him but he doesn't want to confront them. He says unless they want to talk about it he doesn't want to either. Purab agrees it's best they themselves confess their love.
-Ranbir says to aryan in his room he doesn't remember if he proposed to prachi or not. He says last time he remembers was he saw her in restaurant. Aryan says he knows as he was there too. But then aryan remembers ranbir was sober at that time then he became drunk later on. Ranbir blames aryan as he was the one who ordered the drinks. Aryan says he didn't know he would get that drunk. Ranbir thinks to call her to ask her whether he proposed to her. Aryan says has he lost his mind, what will prachi think of him if he asks her, she will feel bad that he proposed to her then forgot. Ranbir says first time aryan used his brain right. Ranbir thinks to do coin toss and if he gets heads it means he did propose prachi. He gets heads. Aryan and ranbir jump up in happiness. Ranbir then thinks this doesn't confirm whether she said yes or no. Aryan suggests he tosses coin again to find out. First flip is tails, meaning no, but then second flip the coin gets stuck in a light so they don't know the answer. Ranbir asks no how will he know if he proposed prachi and what she said. Aryan tells ranbir nervously to just call prachi and ask. Ranbir says he will go and talk to prachi and indirectly try and find out if he proposed to her.
-Rhea is driving. She thinks of the advice aliya gave her. She wonders how to make prachi fall in ranbir and every boy's eyes. She bumps into bittu and gets happy. She asks bittu to direct her to sanju.
-Ranbir and aryan arrive in prachi's neighbourhood. Ranbir asks aryan if anyone saw them coming here. Aryan says only the watchman. Ranbir says that's fine but asks if anyone else saw so that they don't find out he came here. Ranbir is incredibly nervous. He asks aryan if he is normal. Aryan says he isn't normal at all, as aryan says he feel excited by ranbir looks nervous. He says he isn't nervous but is confident and is here so he can face to face speak to prachi. He says he will see if anything in prachi's behaviour has changed. Aryan asks what ranbir means by change. He says he means that whether she is in good mood he will be able to tell. Aryan says if she's angry she'll come running with a stick. Ranbir says why would she come with a stick he isn't a monkey. Aryan says it's because they don't know what he said in drunk state and that he might have misbehaved, then she might be still angry. Ranbir gets worried and tells aryan to talk positive. Ranbir says if that's the case he'll run away. Aryan and ranbir get out of the car to go in prachi's house. Ranbir gets really scared and remembers all his past times with prachi where she fought with him and criticised him.
