its been a while

I used to watch this show but due to my uni work I stopped watching. Last time I watched this show, Pragya and Abhi was still fighting in a childish way. They both were falling for each other and Tannu was still with Abhi but I think she was pregnant with someone else child??? Can someone fill me up with rest of the story so far in short form. I watched the new episode and it seemed like Pragya is no longer with Abhi, i got confused??
