Getting clearer..

So Taaliya getting dragged out of MM not going to happen soon in KKB..🥱 Even if Abhi says get out they'll just bounce back into MM within 2-3 episodes..A new female villain may be coming as an add on, just like how Taaliya still continued to rule despite Nikhil or Sangram or Dushyant or Neel characters getting used by writers as additional villains in some tracks..

And it is high time Dadi joins Taalya team because as a grandmother she cannot do anything to reform Aalya but can do whatever she wants with her bahu, call her when her grandson is in trouble, send her out when her grandson seems in danger because of her, it was her foolish idea to make Pragya do the Mogambo role (Pragya was also at fault her) and because of that Pragya had lost Bulbul and her mother had almost become paralysed and she had been at death bed so many times. But Dadi seems to have forgotten all that.

When the real Munni was with the Mehra family, only Mitali seemed to note the difference and others kept quiet but now just because Taalya had brought up the matter, they now believe the real Pragya to be Munni, Dasi is also disappointing.

De-addiction from KKB and from Abhi / Pragya characters may rather become a better way to relax in a short time. Looks like intent of KKB makers/crew is to prove to audience that Abhi & Pragya as individuals are black marks on sane family relationships; and as married couple they are a sham to institution of marriage. This show NO longer has scope for any hero or heroine roles..As their portrayal especially in 2017 is more aimed to disgruntle TV audience of modern fiction social romcom dramas and drift them away from hooking and enjoying KKB. 😳

But as you say consistency with the basic story is what is the most important for the success of a serial. Looking back, the first year of KKB was real magic, even if it was revenge marriage and Abhi was really hurtful at times towards Pragya, there was truth in their relationship and their gradual love for each other was so believable and acceptable. Abhi who hated the constition of marriage, starte d believing in it. Even in Mogambo and ML track, the basic love between them was unbreakable. But this track seems to be heading nowhere. Munni could have been highlighted in a different manner and Pragya could have been shown outside without entering MM till the Munni drama was over.

And to think now that KKB is being viewed in many countries, how will they assess this serial at present. The whole meaning of marriage seems to be portrayed differently now, the ever presence of the mistress or sautan is leaving a very very sour taste to the strength of bhagya. The wife always becomes the outsider with no trust or acceptance for her in the family in spite of her endless sufferings to keep that family happy but the mistress who always is a danger to the constitution of family relationship is always accepted in their presence.

The writers had created a wonderful character of Pragya but they themselves have destroyed it and made a mockery of it. The hard work Sriti had put in to give life to this character seems to be becoming fruitless now and Shabir as Abhi also.

Hope the other serials as you say stay more focussed to their theme and also to the viewers feelings and even if just creative serials have some responsibility to social cause.😊

For the last many months, especially in 2017 Kumkumbhagya script has NO meaningful scope for roles of an active hero / active heroine to become center points to drive a TV show in a convincing and enjoyable manner by elevating their characters and deeply connecting with audience hearts. 😒 Just because Shabir & Sriti still have contracts signed with Balaji, guess crew has been trying hard to shoot some forced, unrelated, senseless and disjoint scenes with them as Abhi & Pragya mainly to include as fillers in random episodes be it as real, fake or dreams.. Frankly current portrayal of Abhi & Pragya characters as mere filler roles may not fetch any new awards, rewards, laurels or fandoms to Shabir & Sriti, in reality they seem to be slowly losing on certain levels what they had earlier earned from this show. 😳
